My order was sent through UPS rather than the postal system, so I got it as soon as I could reasonably expect it. The parts were all there, right down to the last stainless steel machine screw, and assembly was dead easy. My only complaint might be that the assembly instructions were unilingual, in Spanish. I'd have expected a few more languages given that the product was manufactured (I think) in Europe. No one would need instructions to attach a sissybar and luggage rack, but all the same . . . Anyway, because no one would need instructions this is a great product, and I praise Europcustoms and Spaan for good service & sales & production. I recommend both to anyone.

I have been struggling to find a backrest for my 2013 Triumph Thunderbird Storm for a long time. I ordered this one from Europcustom with low expectations since I have had to send a few back. It arrived pretty quickly and looked pretty simple to assemble. The instructions could have been better but it was easy to figure out. A few nuts and bolts later, I now have a solid backrest that fits well and looks like it was made by the manufacture. I am very pleased and looking for more parts for my bike.
