Approximate order processing time (in working days) is specified in the description of every product. If it is not possible to meet the specified times we will contact you to explain the situation and offer to cancel the order if desired. Depending on the delivery destination there are different shipping methods available. Every method and destination have different transit times which are specified during the order confirmation. Order processing time (in working days, Monday to Friday) represents how long it takes the product to leave our warehouse. Fron this moment on, delivery time depends on the shipping method. The total delivery time of an order is determined by item with the longest processing time plus shipping time.
If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of the original purchase date for a full refund of the item. These items must be in new condition with original packaging and accessories. You must let us know via our web link “returns”. You will have to pay for shipping of the product both ways, as well as administrative or other expenses generated due to the return.
Complaints about the products
If you receive a package with signs of having been dropped or tamperwed with, state it in the delivery company invoce and review your purchase in front of the delivery person. Don´t sign the invoice without having noted down this incident even if the material seems to be OK. If after the delivery you notice a difference between what you received and what's in your order let us know as soon as possible including the order number and explaining what the differences are. Remember that we can only claim to the carrier within 24 hours of delivery.
